Your satisfaction is important to us!

CW Lighting Design wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase online. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return or exchange unused merchandise in its original packaging within 15 days from when you received it. Please see below for details and instructions and restrictions on making returns.

If your return is a result of a manufacturer error, you will be refunded all costs (including shipping & handling). If you're returning is NOT a result of a manufacturer error then your return will apply to the below restrictions.


For all online orders, items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and cannot be installed. We cannot accept the return of any installed items or items not in their original boxes/packaging. ALL returns are subject to return shipping costs.

  • You get a full refund, excluding shipping costs which will be provided to you in the email that contains the return label

  • No returns are accepted after 15 days

  • You can expect to receive your refund within 15 days of when CW Lighting Design  receives your return

  • Certain manufacturers will have a restocking fee of 10 - 25% to return unused merchandise


We require an RMA (return merchandise authorization) on all returns. No credit will be given to orders that arrive without an RMA. All purchases made on our website must be handled and returned to our online sales department. To initiate a return please email us at Once we receive your request, please allow 24 hours for us to get back to you with the return label.


We are more than happy to exchange your order for you. We will ship out it as soon as your return is received. Please contact us to let us know what you would like to exchange your product for:



  • Is unused

  • Is in original packaging & shelf-ready condition the same way you received it

  • Item cannot be installed

  • All Lighting products must be inspected for any Damages or Blemishes within 7 days of receiving Products

  • Lamp Shades sold separately by Visual Comfort are not returnable
